DEIPP (Developmental Early Identification & Prevention Program) is designed for families with children newborn to 5 years of age who live in the Halton Community.  DEIPP offers parents the opportunity for a brief consultation with professionals from community agencies in the following areas: speech, hearing, behaviour and development.
