REGISTRATION FORMS

Please Note: Registrations can be downloaded, completed and faxed back (#905-849-6377) or dropped off at any of our locations to register for programs. Click on a required registration form below to download in PDF format. If you are registering for FREE programs only and you do not require nursery care for a Parent & Tot program, you can register online (see below). Forms are accepted on a random basis during the registration timeline. Once the deadline has passed, forms are accepted on a first-come/first-served basis if spaces are available.

Spring Registration (all programs running from March 19th - June 22nd)

The spring season runs from March 19th until June 22nd. Please refer to our Spring Program Guide for information on ALL programs (free and paid) that we are offering this season.

If you are registering for a free PARENT & TOT program and do not require nursery care for a younger child, you can REGISTER ONLINE - click here.

You can also submit a registration form manually by downloading the forms below or filling out the forms at one of our locations. All forms received by the February 7th deadline will be processed at random.

Winter Registration (all programs running from Dec 5th - March 9th)

The winter season runs from December 5th until March 9th. Please refer to our Winter Program Guide for information on ALL programs (free and paid) that we are offering this season.

If you are registering for a free PARENT & TOT program and do not require nursery care for a younger child, you can REGISTER ONLINE (sorry, temporarily out of service)

You can also submit a registration form manually by downloading the forms below or filling out the forms at one of our locations. All forms received by the November 8th deadline will be processed at random.
