Join a pediatric occupational therapist to learn more about play, development, milestones, baby gear and tummy time. Starts March 2017  Registration is required.

Mother Goose (newborn to 12 months) – ongoing
Join us where songs, music, rhymes and interactions between parent and child are the focus. The aim is to have fun, soothe, nurture and promote trust in a relaxing, stress-free manner for both baby and parent. Limited capacity for this program. My Baby and Me
(newborn to 18 months) – ongoing
A drop-in program for parents with babies! Enjoy some adult conversation, meet other parents, make friends and enjoy an afternoon out. A fun time for your baby with toys and songs that focuses on childhood development. Registration is required. Please check the drop-in schedule for times and locations.

Join a certified IAIM instructor to learn the art of infant massage and study techniques to help foster closer bonds, improve baby’s sleep, relieve gas and other symptoms of infant stress. Registration is required.

Fun For Little Ones (newborn to 24 months old) – ongoing
Come to this special drop-in program for you and your newborn! Your child will enjoy infant toys, songs and you will get a chance to meet other parents and children too. No registration is required. Please check the drop-in schedule for times and locations.

Nurture the parent-baby bond while deepening the awareness of your own body and mind. This class will feature gentle yoga postures that are designed to invite relaxation, create space to breathe, and support your baby’s development and connection with you. No previous yoga experience required. Blanket and yoga mat required. A certified yoga instructor leads this program. Registration is required along with this Par-Q form.

dance and tone with babyBaby & Me Fitness Dance (2 months up to age/weight you can carry)
Many new parents find it challenging to find the time to exercise. Bring your baby, and dance together to the rhythms of cumbia, salsa, belly-dancing and more. Get your groove back in a fun, high-calorie dance party! This program is taught by a Fitness Instructor Specialist. Baby carrier is required. Registration is required.

Dance & Tone with Baby (2 months up the age/weight you can carry)
This new class is for any mom who loves cardio but wants to add toning to her workout. Program starts with 30-minute cardio while wearing baby, and then babies are transferred to car seats for toning section. This program is taught by a Fitness Instructor Specialist. Baby carrier is required. Registration is required.

Want to exercise but find it challenging now with a baby? Come dance with your baby (with baby worn in a carrier) to the rhythms of cumbia, salsa, bellydancing and more! Get your groove back in a fun, high calorie burning Zumba party! This 4-week program is taught by a Certified Zumba
Instructor. Baby carrier is required. Starts March 2017 Registration is required.

Tales & Tunes (5 to 12 months)
Music can be you and your baby’s best friend. Learn finger plays, enjoy story and nursery rhymes,
parachute play, explore instruments, sing lullabies and more.  Refer to the drop-in schedule for times and locations.

Little Creators (6 to 18 months)
Come join our new fun-filled, hands-on program and have messy fun exploring art media, colour, texture and music while using fine motor skills, social skills and eye-hand coordination. Registration is required.

Exploring Music (6 to 18 months) – $
Music at this stage of development is what can bridge strong connections. Learn to pick up on your child’s cues and experience the benefits of music! A musical gift will be provided. Facilitated by a Music Teacher/Director. Registration is required.

Enjoying Your Toddler (18 months to 2½ years)
Join us for a morning of crafts, songs and lots of fun activities for kids and parents. Registration is required.

Boogie Woogie (18 months to 2½ years)
Join us for an action packed morning of music, movement, songs and child development activities. Lots of fun for toddlers and parents. Registration is required. ** there is a drop-in version of this program as well – refer to the drop-in schedule for times and locations.

You and your child will experience spring through weather, new growth, buds, bugs, and baby animals.  Activities include crafts, sensory and floor time. Starts March 2017 Registration is required.

Creative Music (18 months to 3 years) –$
Through vocal activities, musical games, line dancing, rhythm drills and musical improvisation, your child will be sparked with enthusiasm. A musical gift will be provided. Facilitated by a Music Teacher/Director. Registration is required.

See, touch and create!  Come join our fun-filled hands-on program that is messy fun.  Experience art media, colour, texture and music, while using fine motor skills, social skills and hand-eye coordination.  This program is a continuation of Little Creators.  Starts March 2017 Registration is required.

Twist & Shout (2 to 2½ years)
Through music, games and songs you and your preschooler will have fun moving and playing musical instruments together through this early childhood development activity.
