About the Welcome Home Program
Created for families new to the area, this program offers a supportive space to connect with others, engage in meaningful conversations, and explore topics that matter during a time of transition. Sessions are designed to help families feel informed, included, and supported as they learn more about parenting, child development, family relationships, and community resources.
What to Expect
Each session is designed to give families practical support while creating space for conversation, questions, and connection. Families may explore topics related to parenting in a new community, raising young children, accessing community programs and support, and building confidence as they settle into Oakville. The program is intended for newcomer families with young children, and is offered through both in-person and online sessions.
