Would you recommend OPCC to other families? 100% staff is friendly and welcoming, easy to talk to and my daughter absolutely loves going. She’s thrilled as soon we arrive and is excited to go back the next day. I know when I drop my daughter off that she will have her needs met and that she is safe and happy.

Every person in the building, from office personal to every educator, even ones in different classes, knows my daughter and says “Hi” to her everyday. They take the time to make every child feel special.

My child had a hard time to adjust to daycare and the staff were so patient with her and helped her through this transition. Now she is one of the happiest kids in the room.

I was very anxious to enter my son into daycare, he had very little interaction with other kids and had never been in the care of anybody but his parents and grandparents. Naturally, in the beginning he was apprehensive about going in and there were some tears the first few days. Now he practically can’t get in the room fast enough, he’s so excited for daycare and asks to go back every day.

We are so grateful for the amazing care and attention our children receive at OPCC. The staff truly go above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe, and fun environment. Our kids come home happy and excited and we’ve seen such positive growth in their social and developmental skills.

Everyone has been great with my son. I saw how quickly he felt at ease and comfortable around all his teachers and he is excited about going to daycare! Thank you all for your great efforts!

I love OPCC’s Forest and Nature Camp…Kalli, Paul, and JD created a wonderful 3 days for my 5 year old. She wanted to go even when there wasn’t camp and when I picked her up, she asked if she could stay longer! That’s a big win for my child! This is a truly child centred program and my child learned so much about birds, the forest area, and the importance of thanking the land! She created some amazing crafts to bring home too and was so excited to share her learning with me. Thank you for a great experience!

My granddaughter attended the forest and nature programs and loved the programs and teachers! The activities were so enjoyable for her and she learned A TON!

Best EarlyON in Ontario! The entire team is so passionate, works extremely hard, and comes up with such special programs and events to help thousands of families. I can’t thank them enough! The experience of raising young children in Oakville has felt like a dream and it’s highly connected to our experiences with OPCC over the years! I have taken my son to OPCC programs since he was very young and it has always been a welcoming and enriching experience – for both of us! I am grateful for the many events, workshops and support provided by OPCC! The drop in early years sessions really helped prep my daughter for daycare. I also love the many learning opportunities OPCC provides from car seat safety to toilet training! The educators are wonderful and so helpful! The EarlyOn classes have been so incredibly wonderful for myself and my baby daughter. We have been coming since she was two months old and she is now 11 months and just starting daycare. I can see how much easier the transition is for her since she is used to a classroom environment and being around other babies. It has been invaluable for myself as a new mother too. Having gone through postpartum struggles and not having any family close by, I really don’t know what I would’ve done without these lovely ladies. Thank you so much for all the work you do. My son Koa and I frequent the OakwOod EarlyOn and everyone at that program is so inviting and engage with Koa so wonderfully. We have been attending since he was 2 months old. When I first started going with Koa, the wonderful staff – Diedre, Antonia and Emily – shared about the different programs, how I can sign up for the newsletter and any relevant information.

I love the OPCC, we’ve been to baby time drop ins, welcome home, forest walks, gymnastics, borrowed toy kits and most recently joined a beautiful mother’s day photoshoot. Their support to children and families is unmatched!

We have had an incredible experience with the ready set school program at the satellite location and with the calm connections program at Oakwood. The staff at both sites were extremely supportive and engaged with our 3 year old in ways that allowed her to feel safe, connected while also fostering her independence. We observed considerable improvement in her social-emotional development after her engagement in these programs. Thank you for the opportunity to engage in these services and for staffing the programs so intentionally.

What an amazing find! The locations are bright and fantastic, and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming. Both of my sons absolutely love the activities. I highly recommend following their socials to watch for drop-ins and camps!

The Oakville Parent Child Centre deserves a glowing five-star rating! As a parent, I was thoroughly impressed by the diverse offerings tailored to our little ones, particularly the engaging art program for babies. The drop-in center provided a welcoming atmosphere for both parents and children alike, and the clean facilities added to the overall positive experience. It’s truly a gem in our community, providing ample opportunities for socialization and connections with other parents. We are fortunate to have such exceptional programming and inviting spaces available to us locally.

So thankful for OPCC- such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for families with incredible programs- their virtual programs brought my daughter and I so much joy and happiness during the pandemic with their creativity and enthusiasm. I remember dancing through those isolating lockdown days with her and the pure childhood joy they were able to bring to us. Thank you OPCC for being such an amazing light to the Oakville families!

I have attended programs at both North Service Road and Queen Elizabeth CC locations with my grandson since he was about 10 months old. He is now 18 months. I have nothing but praise for the programs and the women who organize and run them. All personnel are friendly, smiling and will greet the children by name. The activities which are changed often are fun and geared to a range of ages and interests. Both adults and children enjoy the end of each session with music and of course, bubbles.

My daughter and I absolutely love OPCC’s thoughtfully designed baby programs. Probably the best platform for baby’s social and mental development. The programs are run by some real amazing educators and that makes our experience even more awesome!

My daughter (who is 9 months) and I had the luck to attend some of their fantastic programs. So much fun for the kids. I have brought my both my kids to OPCC for the Early ON program – Every Tuesday. My daughter and my son, have an amazing time here. The facilities are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and it’s an amazing place to meet fellow moms. I have built some long lasting friendships here.
